Most products sold by Kiro Prints are manufactured using 3D printing technology and are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Minor layer lines are a normal characteristic of 3D printing.

  • Small support marks or finishing marks may be present.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, dimensions (within reasonable manufacturing tolerance), and finish do not constitute defects.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only and actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Verify customer information before processing.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or misuse.

An order is accepted only after confirmation and successful processing.

4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund before dispatch.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

5. Payment

Full payment must be received before production or dispatch unless a supported payment method allows otherwise.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders with failed, suspicious, or unauthorized payments.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customized and personalized products:

  • Cannot be cancelled once production begins.

  • Cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law or in the case of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted text, images, and specifications are accurate before confirming the order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters

  • Technical failures

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss generally passes to the customer upon delivery by the courier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide a valid shipping address.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
