1. Order Processing
All products sold by Kiro Prints are manufactured or prepared specifically after an order is placed unless otherwise stated.
Processing time generally ranges from 1–5 business days, depending on:

Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.
Actual delivery depends on:

Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Partners
We may use one or more third-party courier services to deliver your order.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier partner.
While we assist customers in tracking shipments, we cannot control courier operations after dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate:

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete information may require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
6. Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because:

Courier cannot contact the customer

Incorrect address is provided
the shipment may be returned to us.
Returned shipments may be reshipped only after payment of applicable reshipping charges.
Refunds will not be provided for failed deliveries caused by customer error.
7. Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather

Natural disasters

Government actions
-
Customs inspections

Transportation disruptions

Force majeure events

Technical failures

High seasonal demand
Delivery dates are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed deadlines.
8. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier before delivery, Kiro Prints will investigate with the courier partner.
After verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

Ship a replacement, or

Issue a refund if replacement is not reasonably possible.
If tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided, Kiro Prints is generally not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
9. Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged:

Take clear photographs of the package before opening.

Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the sealed package through opening.

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be declined where appropriate.
10. Partial Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, Kiro Prints may ship them separately based on inventory or production schedules.
Separate shipments do not entitle the customer to additional compensation.
11. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law.
12. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:

Additional handling charges
may be deducted from any eligible refund, where permitted by law.
For made-to-order or customized products, refusal of delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
13. Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided and completion of delivery by the courier, subject to any rights available under applicable law.
